My name is Jennifer and thank you so much for your interest in Happy Bakers Club. I created this monthly box subscription for people who have a passion for baking as much as I do. Every month, you will receive a brand new box of assorted baking themed goodies to enjoy.

As someone who practically grew up in the bakery and loved being a part of everything from sitting under the table and seeing the flour fall like snow as a child to working with the dough when running my own bakery as a young adult to enjoying our baking related online store in my middle ages, I know how hard it can be to find apparel and home decor that fits our passions. That should never be a problem again with Happy Bakers Club!

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement.

Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

Returns/Exchanges

If you order the wrong size or style please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item.

You are also welcome to return an item that you just don't like. It must be unworn/ unused and in the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded in this case.

We will process the store credit or refund once we receive the package at our return facility. It may take one week after it is delivered to us to be checked into our system.

We do not do returns or exchanges on personalized or clearance items.

Please contact us for the return address and further information.

Replacements

If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You may need to return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.

If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number.

If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it when possible. Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In this case, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.

Order Cancellation

All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Mug orders cannot be canceled or modified at all.

Clearance Items

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

If you purchased a 180 day warranty, we will replace the item if it breaks due to normal wear and tear within that time frame. You must send pictures through either Facebook or email prior to the last day of the warranty.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because these are custom boards and customized to your specific needs it does take longer then usual to prepare them and ship them out. 

We do ask you allow us 
2-4 weeks for delivery as stated in our product description. We do our very best to try and get them to you faster. We want to make sure every skateboard that is created meets our highest standards. We appreciate your patience.

Awesome First Box!

LOVED my box this month! It was great! Can't wait to see what surprises are in store for me next month! :) The apron was to die for and I go so many comments on the t-shirt at today's farmers market! Keep up the good work!

Happy Bakers Box

I signed up in July (late July) and eagerly waited fro my first box to arrive. It came today ,aI was like a kid on Christmas morning opening it. I got a tanktop, on apron, earrings and necklace set, tips and a coupler, piping bags, red velvet flavoring and a recipe card for a red velvet cheesecake. The presentation was beautiful. The seals, boxes, bags all perfect. I'm excited to see what September brings and to try the recipe. Thank you so much! ????????????

Received my second box but it is a tease to see that the leggigns are listed and next to it (not included)! :( Lol! Loved the tote bag and like that the Russian tips came with the cupler! My box arrived after a stresful week so once again it was like Christmas morning! Next month will be my last box so will have to sign up again! So much fun!

I am soooo thrilled that I joined the Happy Bakers Club!!! I loved ALL the quality products I received..it will be like Christmas each month!!! I enjoy baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes for people and its so rewarding, this is a great added bonus!! If you love to bake then I highly recommend you joining!!!
